Arnold who is a Public Adjuster for Rusco is amazing. He fought for us against State Farm over the course of two years. His determination payed off in the end and we were able to get a new roof, gutters, downspouts, etc… I would highly suggest Rusco. Everado Sanchez, a representative of Rusco Windows & Doors, came to our home after a terrible area storm. He asked if he could inspect our home for damage. We agreed. He found that our home had storm damage in several areas. To date, he and Rusco have been amazing as respects the support and service they have been giving us in this repair project.

>He first explained that Rusco was an 86-year-old company and Rusco had a lifetime workmanship warranty on the work that they performed.
>He was at our home when we made the initial call to our insurance company about the storm damage.
>He was at our home when our insurance adjuster arrived to review the storm damage.
>Once our insurance company agreed that there was storm damage, he brought material samples that could be used to make storm damage repairs.
>We selected the repair materials and he ask us if we felt comfortable and confident in our selections. At that point, we felt both comfortable and confident in our material selections and in Rusco to do perfect home repairs.

We chose to get our roof replaced but we weren’t sure if we wanted to go through with it .Rusco made the process very simple and easy for us to understand we were unsure if we want to commit to submitting a insurance claim since we have never done it before. But once we noticed how much money they had save us we were very grateful that we gave them a chance. Roofs definitely don’t cost what they used to everything is expensive now a days but thankfully we came across Rusco. The roofing crew was awesome I couldn’t believe how efficiently they worked.
